This trifecta band combo equips you with the full range of assistance required for all band and assisted body weight training essentials. Accelerate forward along your calisthenics journey by dramatically improving your pullups, muscle-ups, front lever, handstands, flags, and back lever and planche progressions.
The three band combo yields eight different configurations for any bodyweight assistance [or resistance] level between 30 and 250 lbs. This accommodates gradual increases in your strength and allows you to several different drop set variations. For example: Without taking a break in between, try doing a set of pull ups with just the Heavy Band, then a set with just the Robust Band, then a set with just the Power band, then a set combining the Power and Heavy Bands to eek out a few more reps until your arms turn to mush and you start making big gains.
